The
minimum amount of billable studio time is four hours.
Studio time is subsequently billed in 1/2 hour increments.
Sanctum
Sound requires a 50% deposit on all sessions booked
(except lockout) in order to secure the session times.
On lockout sessions, full payment must be received in
advance to get the lockout rate. This means that all
sessions are tentatively booked until a deposit is received
and can be bumped or rescheduled until such a deposit
is received.
Once
studio time covered by your deposit is used, the remaining
balance is due immediately following each session.
Deposits
are credited towards studio time and are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be received 48 hours in advance (two
business days) or 100% of the amount of time booked will
be charged.
Unless otherwise arranged, session payment is due at
the completion of the session.
THERE WILL BE
NO ACCEPTIONS unless an arrangement is made
prior to the start of the session.
Sanctum
Sound will not release any tapes, CDs or other
finished products until payment in full is received.
Interest will be charged at a rate of 2% per month on
all overdue accounts.
Daily
lockout sessions allow you to "Lock Out" the
studio for a number of days. This means that you can
leave your gear set up and come back the following day
to continue the rest of your session. On lockout sessions,
you are renting the studio on a per day basis, therefore
if you decide to quit early, you will be billed for
the entire daily lockout. Daily lockouts allow you to
work as many hours as you want and have a complete run
of the studio for the number of days scheduled.
Block
session time must run consecutively, and may not be
split up. On block sessions, you are renting the studio
for 12 hours, therefore if you decide to quit early,
you will be billed for the entire block.
Staff engineered blocks allow for a 12 hour engineered
time limit. After the12 hour block, it is up to
the engineer's discretion to keep working. If the engineer
decides to continue, the studio will bill the client
at an additional hourly rate.
Returned
checks are subjected to an additional $20 fee and personal
check authorization may be revoked.
